2 in 1 Treatment Mask & Cleanser.

Formulated with a derivative of Vitamin C and a cocktail of antioxidant-rich fruits, the Masque Nettoyant Éclat deeply cleanses and detoxifies the skin for an instant glow. Rich in AHA from Açaí and Goji, it exfoliates and smooths the skin's texture while unclogging the pores. Used as a face mask, it provides a micro-exfoliation.

This cleansing face mask acts in only 5 minutes and is more effective than a standard facial cleanser. The complexion is fresh, more luminous and the skin texture is refined. This mask provides a deep cleanse for the skin.

When to Apply? Use once or twice a week in lieu of your usual cleanser. Apply a thick layer onto dry skin. Leave on for 5 minutes for deep exfoliation and cleansing, then massage and rinse with warm water. To continue the routine, we recommend applying a serum followed by a moisturising face cream to soothe freshly exfoliated skin.

Its orange gel texture transforms into an oil when massaged and then into a milk upon contact with water.

Standard shipping within Australia can take 5-9 business days. Orders cost a $15 flat fee.

Express Shipping 
Express shipping within Australia can take 3-5 business days. Orders cost a $25 flat fee.

Complimentary Shipping when you spend over $400 (within Australia). This applies automatically in cart.

 

When will I get my order?

We aim to ship all orders on the day of purchase. Orders placed after 2pm and/or on weekends may not be shipped until the next business day. Please note, during sale periods delivery times may vary. Sale items can take up to 48 hours to be shipped.

Returns :

We hope you love your order, however if you are not fully satisfied we are able to fulfil a return request for a refund or exchange pending the following information. 

What is eligible for return? You can return for refund or exchange if the item you have purchased is unworn, in its original packaging, and with tags still attached. Please note, we do not accept return on swimwear and earrings. We also do not accept returns on sale items or items purchased with a discount during a promotion period. All sale items or items purchased with a discount during a promotion period are final sale.  

What is the return period? To initiate the returns process we require written advice within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please email: atelier@halcyonhouse.com.au to notify our customer care team of your intended return and reason for return. Pending approval of your return request, the item must be received by our boutique within 7 days of acceptance. 

How do I return my order? Please ensure that all returns are placed in a suitable box or satchel with a tracking number. The tracking number must be communicated with Halcyon Atelier customer care after sending. Please note that return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer.
