We hope you love your order, however if you are not fully satisfied we are able to fulfil a return request for a refund or exchange pending the following information.
What is eligible for return? You can return for refund or exchange if the item you have purchased is unworn, in its original packaging, and with tags still attached. Please note, we do not accept return on swimwear and earrings. We also do not accept returns on sale items or items purchased with a discount during a promotion period. All sale items or items purchased with a discount during a promotion period are final sale.
What is the return period? To initiate the returns process we require written advice within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please email: atelier@halcyonhouse.com.au to notify our customer care team of your intended return and reason for return. Pending approval of your return request, the item must be received by our boutique within 7 days of acceptance.
How do I return my order? Please ensure that all returns are placed in a suitable box or satchel with a tracking number. The tracking number must be communicated with Halcyon Atelier customer care after sending. Please note that return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer.
