Koh-I-Noor's Pneumatic Brush is a luxury hairbrush that you will be delighted to use.  "Pneumatic" means the bristles are mounted in a rubber pad (rather than in the handle itself) which has a pocket of air trapped between it and the handle.

Pneumatic hairbrushes are ideal for use with longer hair or thicker hair. The cylindrical plastic pins are designed to help de-tangle hair.
